I often get asked this question: "How do I stay disciplined?"

I can infer from the question that the person asking it will not make it. Do you know why?

People who achieve their goals are the ones who genuinely want them.

When you have a strong desire to achieve goals, you are blessed with rock-solid willpower.

  • Willpower is what keeps you disciplined.

  • Willpower is what helps you put your phone down.

  • Willpower is what pushes you for those extra reps.

  • Willpower is what helps you choose hard stuff over easy ones.

  • Willpower is what makes you great instead of a mediocre person.

So, if you are indisciplined, you don't have willpower, so you don't want your goals enough, and you will not achieve them.

If you want to know whether you are going to make it, I suggest you think genuinely about the questions below:

  • What are my long-term goals?

  • What are my short-term goals that help me achieve your long-term goals?

  • Did my activities in the last week push me closer to my goals?

  • Do I track my goals? How is my progress so far?

I don't intend to make you super serious and unhappy about your life.

Cheat days are okay occasionally, but you should be conscious of your goals and long-term state.

That's it for this post. See you later.
